I heard something about a charity?
A portion of our first issue’s proceeds will go to MSF (Doctors Without Borders) to provide independent, neutral, impartial medical aid where it’s need most.

Is there a digital version of the magazine?
Not at the moment but we’re working on a way to make our content more accessible.

Ordering/Shipping

How long will shipping take?
Shipping to Asia and Europe may take 14 working days, to Pacific it may take 3-5 weeks, and the rest of the world sometimes 3–8 weeks. (If you order from Brazil, expect customs to keep your magazine hostage for at least a month. Sorry.) Due to COVID,  it may unfortunately take a few extra days.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to anywhere in the world is free with tracking. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If your language doesn’t use the Latin alphabet, please email us your address in Latin alphabet characters after your order. (We have to add it by law in Germany.)

Can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number when we ship your order. Door-to-door tracking is available to most countries. See the full list here. Otherwise, the tracking will end when it arrives in your country’s local post office. Please keep an eye for potential notes left from Customs or your mail carrier.

Tracking may be sent via Deutsche Post, USPS, UPS or FedEx.

Will I have to pay  for customs?
Depending on your country,  you may have to pay an import tax. Please check your local rules on international orders.

What payment methods do you offer?
At the end of the checkout you can choose between paying with credit card or PayPal.
